I'm surprised not to see Thunderbird on the list. I know that they were ranked #1 by Financial Times for their International Business full time MBA. Considering Thunderbird is one of the best International Business Schools you'd think they would be in the top for their MBA programs, and more so since they are ranked #1 by Financial Times for a program and possibly more. It's hard to keep up with all of the rankings available.

Perhaps when all criteria were considered and weighted, Thunderbird may not be the first. All these years the 10 top more or less remained the same. Some moved up, other down but you see some of the big names in the game always there. Tuck Dartmouth used to be on top 10 but have now disappeared to top 20. And the Indian and Chinese business schools have moved up.

I always recommend that MBA aspirants look at the specialisation they are interested in eg. international business, entrepreneurship etc. Some business schools focus heavily on certain specialisation(s), and so it might make more sense to go there. Again, it is what you want from the MBA. If you want big names in your CV, then go for the top 10.

@ mytrainmaster - thanks! Considering Thunderbird is highly ranked for their International program I think it would be a good choice for me, as you mentioned to look at the specialty. Thanks again!
